Vegetable and fruit "achards" are particularly easy to make. They are served as an accompaniment (to rice, grain or curry dishes) or even as hors-d'oeuvre as part of a more Western menu. Achards are an oil-packed spicy appetizer that will keep for a considerable amount of days.
Ingredients: garlic, ginger, turmeric, fenugreek, mustard, chili.
