Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Yeast, Anis, Dhall

Make 20 Tekwas


How to: Mix 2 tbsp of butter with 50ml of warm water to have a smooth dough and let rest for 10 mins. Then divide the dough into 20 small balls, roll out the balls to about 2mm thick.
Cooked on both sides in oil over medium heat.


Drain on paper towels before serving!
