Ingredients: Wheat flour, corn flour, cinnamon and cardamom, Salt, Yeast, Sugar


How to: Mix 1 tbsp of butter to the mixture to Gulab Jamoon, using the rubbing method, then add 50ml of water or milk. Mix well until a dough is obtained and let stand for 5 minutes.
Make balls or then deep fry in oil over medium heat.
Put them in syrupfor 10 mins and it's ready!
 
For the syrup: Mix 1 1/2 cup water with 2 cups sugar ina saucepan over medium heat, while stiring.

 

Serve with a nice cup of Tea !
