How to:   Fry all the spices in 2 tablespoon of oil, 1 litre of water and simmer for 5 minutes. In a bowl, solve the Halim powder in ¼ litre water and to the spices. Bring to boil. Add some fresh chopped chives and some coriander leaves and 6 spoon full of vinegar. Your Halim is ready. Serve hot with some chilli sauce as you like.

(You can include meat or Chicken or Bones & joints already cooked before hand as you wish or leave is as vegetarian meal)

Ingredients: Yellow peas, brown & red lentils, wheat, small pea, barley, green benas, garlic, ginger, onions, spices for Halim.
